Founded in 2002, primarily working witht the name of Zeesoft Technologies till 2006. In Jan 2006 company registered with new name "ITGenes" and defined its targets to be the offshore outsourcing leader in Pakistan.

2008 |
- December 12, 2008, ITGenes successfully launched e-commerce website for Federal Sedan US based client
- November 15, 2008, ITGenes successfully delivered ERP solution with Sales, Purchase and Financial Accounting modules to Arsel Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd.
- October 27, 2008, Development of e-commerce web solution is underway
- October 14, 2008, ITGenes won ERP project of a local trading organization in cement sector.
- September 22, 2008, Federal Sedan Transportation Inc., USA awarded her business website (e-commerce project) to ITGenes Technologies.
- August 28, 2008, ITGenes successfully launched e-commerce website for Pakistan based worldwide gift service business
- August 14, 2008, ITGenes successfully delivered ERP solution for CMM Distributors for Lahore based offices.
- April 27, 2008, ITGenes successfully delivered Adobe Media Server 2 based project for handling RTMP video stream.
- April 12, 2008, ITGenes won Adobe Media Server 2 based project for handling RTMP video stream.
- February 27, 2008, ITGenes won web based project Speech Bubble for a U.S client.
- February 12, 2008, ITGenes won a local project for software development of CMM Distributors. This is a Distributor business software development.
- January 20, 2008, ITGenes completed SEO Project and in terms of Google Addsense implementation tactically and work done in Stat-Of-Art way that appreciated by Client.
- January 18, 2008, ITGenes Successfully delivered Events module with administration section integration job for Lithuania based Events Business Company.
- January 10, 2008, ITGenes lately won a web application development contract with a JAPAN based cars export company.
January 7, 2008, ITGenes Released new and updated version MyCars V2.1. This updated version not only have an entirely new look and feel, but also new remarkable features. Same day, 6 clients (maintenance agreement) were updated with new version.

- December 30, 2007, Development of Events module to a business website for a Lithuanian client is under way.
- December 21, 2007, Advanced multi users Video conferencing appilcation Face2Face final version successfully delivered to U.S based client.
- December 12, 2007, ITGenes successfully delivered Technical Document writing and System Analysis Bulk Project for 5 different real business solutions from various industries, awarded by Norway based client.
- November 18, 2007, ITGenes successfully delivered Word Press Blog modification development project for Lithuanian company.
- October 29, 2007, ITGenes finished ecommerce website project and successfully installed.
- August 09, 2007, ITGenes launched an updated website geared toward its customers.
- June 03, 2007, ITGenes entered into technology consulting business.
- April 30, 2007, ITGenes was invited by WIPO to talk about its experience in protection of customers' intellectual property.
- March 14, 2007, ITGenes opened a branch office in Fortabbas, Pakistan

- December 2006, ITGenes Software Development Inc. was authorized as one of the second batch of experimental enterprises of Pakistan Offshore Software Engineering Project.
- October 21, 2006, ITGenes established a long-term partnership with a US client. Dedicated .NET programmers will be provided to help the client with the development of a merchant tracking and commission calculations application in the following year.
- September 17, 2006, ITGenes participated in "The 2004 Pakistan Outsourcing Summit".
- September 6, 2006, ITGenes launched localization service.
- July 27, 2006, ITGenes launched test outsourcing service.
- July 13, 2006, ITGenes signed one year's software development contract with Sweden based company.
- April 12, 2006, ITGenes improved its software process for CMM level 3.
- March 11, 2006, ITGenes signed the first ODC service contract with a US client to provide consulting and software development services.
- February 2, 2006, ITGenes launched ODC (Offshore Development Center) service to help our clients focus on their core competencies and moreover reduce development expenses.
- Jan 04, 2006, ITGenes Software Development Inc. was founded by Muhammad Naeem Sattar, who acts as the General Manager. The company was originally 147-Raza Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.
