Communication

Excellent communication process is sometimes regarded as one of the main advantages of software outsourcing. We do understand that effective communication with customers is essential to clear understanding of his/her needs and therefore to delivering the high quality services that would satisfy our customers' expectations.

Our staffs are all graduated from famous university of Pakistan, most of whom have passed the CET-6 (College English Test-6), they are familiar with technical English. Also every year, our staffs would take the technical English training in the famous software engineer education center - School of Computer and Control in Beijing Institute of Technology.

Our complete process documentation ensures that we have everything on record. These documentations help customers monitor projects on a real-time basis and ensure that the customers are never out of control.

All communications on the project can be done in English. Most of our staffs are fluent in English, and if anybody has any difficulties in communication, we have language specialist to help them. And all the related documentations are written in English.
